Classes run weekly in London — all levels welcome.
My classes are an invitation to come home to yourself.
Rooted in improvisation and guided exploration, they offer a space where movement becomes less about getting it right and more about listening, discovering, and expressing. I create accessible environments where trained dancers and untrained movers can move alongside one another, each bringing their own lived experience into the room.
I believe every body already holds an incredible wealth of knowledge. My role isn't to teach people how to move, but to create the conditions where they feel safe enough to uncover what is already there.
Each class is built around a clear structure while remaining responsive to the people in the room. Through improvisational tasks, imagery, play, and collective exploration, participants are invited to trust their instincts, follow curiosity, and discover movement that feels truthful rather than performed.
My practice moves between contrasts: explosive power and quiet tenderness, instinct and intention, wildness and care. I encourage people to meet their inner beasts with the same openness they meet their gentleness, allowing vulnerability, joy, humour, strength, and imagination to exist side by side.
More than anything, I hope people leave feeling more connected to themselves than when they arrived, lighter, freer, and excited to keep moving.
